Strong Second Half Pushes Molloy Past Men's Basketball
Rockville Centre, NY - The men's basketball team fell in non-conference action this afternoon to Molloy College by a score of 68-48. The loss drops the men's record to 1-4 on the season.
Nyack would play an even first half with Molloy, leading by as many as 5 points before ending the first period of play down 1 at 27-28.
Molloy pulled away with a strong second half showing to win by a score of 68-48.
Chris Hampton led Nyack with 16 points along with a team high 4 assists. Khalid Samuels would also reach double figures in scoring and Chris Gibson would pull down a team best 6 rebounds.
Nyack returns to conference action this Wednesday when they travel to take on Bloomfield College at 8 PM.
