Warriors Come Up Short Against Lock Haven 62-61

NYACK, NY (November 16, 2013)

The Nyack Men's basketball team played in their third consecutive home game of the season Saturday afternoon with a non-conference showdown against Lock Haven University (LHU). Both teams fought to the last possible second, but in the end LHU was able to edge out the 62-61 win.

Four players finished in double figures for Nyack, junior Chris Hampton (Queens, NY) led the afternoon with 15 points and 2 assists, sophomore Will Robinson (Mt. Vernon, NY) added 11 points and a game-high 9 rebounds, while freshman Jalen Harris (Brandywine, MD) and Nick Moore (Sicklerville, NJ) contributed with 10 points each off the bench.

Warrior men's basketball (1-2, 0-1 CACC) return to action Wednesday November 20th as they head to Connecticut for a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match with opponents from Post University.

Tip-off is set for 8PM.
