NYACK, NY - In the final game of the season, the Warriors used a gutsy performance to comeback from a sixteen point deficit and defeat the Golden Falcons of Felician. Chandler contributed 14 points and 8 rebounds while shooting 6 of 10 from the floor.

The opening minutes of the game see-sawed back and forth with neither team gaining much ground.  At the 11:57 mark the scored was tied 17-17.   A 27-11 Felician run capped off by a Bryant Webb 3-point shot gave the vistors a 44-28 lead with 3:44 remaining in the opening half.  The Warriors were able to trim the lead to 11 before going into the half with the score 48-37 in favor of the Falcons.  Felician shot 60% from the floor in the first half including 53% from 3.

The Warriors came out strong on the defensive end and quickly cut into the deficit.  Back-to-Back buckets from Junior guard Imran Ritchie tied the game 62-62 by the 7:09 mark. Felician used a 5-0 run to regain the lead at 67-62 with 3:43 left in the game.  Nyack answered again with a run of its own as the Warriors took the lead at the two minute mark with a Jaron Smith layup to make the score 68-67.  Nyack and Felician would exchange free throws before Gjaimeir Stanford would knock down a pair to give Felician a one-point lead with 52 seconds remaining in regulation.  On the next possession, the Warriors were able to come down and execute their offense to perfection resulting in Ga'Briel Chandler going to the line for a pair of free throws. Chandler knocked down one of two sending the game to overtime with the score knotted 70-70.

With all the momentum on their side, Nyack won the tip and immediately knocked down a 3-point shot from Jaron Smith.  A layup from Rashard Lewis extended the lead to 5 and Felician would not get any closer the rest of the way as the Warriors defeated the visitors 83-78.

Free throws played a huge roll in the victory as Nyack shot 86% for the game.  Junior Imran Ritchie was a perfect 10-10 from the free throw line.
