Farley Signs National Letter of Intent to Attend Nyack

NYACK, NY  - Elijah Farley from Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Florida has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Nyack College this fall.  Farley who is orignally from Orlando, Florida stated: "I chose Nyack because I felt apart of the family as soon as I got on campus and met the team.  It felt like a home away from home." 

The 5-8 Point Guard led The Indian River State Pioneers to a 17-12 record this past season.  Farley ranked #1 in the state of Florida in assists tallying 191.  For the season he averaged 8.6 points and 6.6 assist per game while being named 2nd Team All-Conference.  Prior to attending Indian River, Farley starred at Winter Park High School (FL).  In his senior season he steered Winter Park to a 29-3 record and a Florida 8A State Championship.  In the championship game, Farley scored 25 points in an overtime upset win over top ranked Evans High School.  For his efforts he was named The Most Valuable Player of the Florida State Tournament.
