The Warriors recently announced their 2017-18 game schedule which features nineteen Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) games along with eight non-conference opponents.
Kicking things Off - Warriors take on Central Connecticut State!
For the fifth consecutive year, the Warriors kick the season off against a Division I opponent. This year they head to New Britain, CT to take on the CCSU Blue Devils on Thursday, November 2nd in an exhibition game held at Detrick Gymnasium. The Blue Devils feature one senior and five juniors on this year's roster and have gained tons of experiences in last year's contests with a young group.
Getting Started - A look at Nyack's first four games:
Nyack's regular season opener will take place on the road at the Daemen Tournament in Amherst, NY. The Warriors will open against Roberts Wesleyan College on Friday, November 10th and will compete against the host Daemen on Saturday November 11th. Shortly after, the Warriors will host their home opener on November 15th at 7pm against the University of D.C. at Bowman Gymnasium. The Warriors will round up the first set of games with another home contest, when they will host the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown on November 21st at 7pm.
The CACC Conference:
There will be many competitive games in the league this year. The conference schedule spreads out over the entire season, providing several opportunities to catch the Warriors in action. The CACC continues to be a league on the rise placing multiple teams into the NCAA tournament in consecutive seasons.
