Chestnut Hill would continue to answer every Nyack bucket, until the Warriors finally got a stop at the 2 minute mark. The very next possession senior Imran Ritchie found Elijah Farley for one of his six 3FG's to cut the lead to 2. A pair of FT's from the Griffins would push the lead back to four. Farley would again answer with a 3 trimming the lead to 1. A tough baseline jumper on the next possession would push the lead back to 3 with just under a minute to play in regulation. Nyack would take a timeout to set up their action and organize everyone on the court. The Warriors were able to execute to perfection as Ritchie again found Farley for his 3rd straight 3FG. The three would not the game at 69 and force overtime as Nyack was able to get a stop on the last possession.
To start the overtime Nyack would get a quick bucket from Imran Ritchie to give the Warriors their first lead since the first half. Chestnut Hill would again answer back and regain the lead. Finally a three from Carl Balthazar would give Nyack the lead at 78-75. They would not lose the lead the rest of the way.
