Nyack, NY– The Nyack College men's soccer team hosted the Concordia College Clippers on Thursday afternoon in a CACC contest. In a highly contested game the Clippers came out on top with a score of 4-3. With the loss the Warriors fall to a 1-8 overall and 0-5 CACC record.

Daniel Larson opened the scoring of the day when he scored off a Vitor Cositorto in the 3rd minute of the game. The Clippers clapped right back with back to back goals in the 14th and 22nd minute to take the 2-1 lead. Paul Montufar scored his first goal in the Warriors jersey to tie the game in the 36th minute.
Concordia took their lead back in the 50th minute before the Warriors tied the game once again in the 66th minute. Mitchell Reed scored off a Benjamin Wasem cross to keep Nyack in the game. But Concordia scored once again with 12 minutes left in the game which ended up being the game winner.
The Nyack scoring was spread out evenly with Daniel Larson, Paul Montufar, and Mitchell Reed scoring a goal each.

Nyack will be back in action on Saturday afternoon when they travel to New Jersey to square off with the Georgian Court University Lions in a CACC match. Kick off is slated for 3:30pm.
