The Nyack College mens soccer team faced off in an away conference game against Bloomfield College. The Warriors were able to hold off Bloomfield in the first half, but lost momentum in the second where Bloomfield managed to score all of their goals. The Warriors lost the game 4-0.
In the first half of the game, both teams were neck and neck, dominating each other on both offense and defense. Nyack managed to have four shots on goal and Bloomfield was able to have five shots on goal. Most of th shots in the first half went too wide, causing none of the shots on goal to make it into the net.
In the second half of the game, the Warriors began to let up slowly losing momentum causing Bloomfield to dominate the offense. Bloomfield managed to have fourteen shots on goal in this half, four of which were goals. The first goal was at a time of 77 minutes and no more than seven minutes later the second goal was scored. Bloomfield continued to push forward scoring another goal at 85:26 and the fourth and final goal less than five minutes later. The Warriors were unable to produce anything promising losing the game 4-0.
