The Eagles then scored six runs in the bottom of the fourth, putting the Warriors down 6-1. In the next inning, Erin O'Brien singled with two outs to get on base for Katie Lupinacci, who drove in two runs with a home run to right field. Post answered with a solo home run in the next inning, then added two more runs to extend their lead. In the top of the seventh, Erin O'Brien led off with a double, followed by a walk from Katie Lupinacci to put two on base for the Warriors. The Warriors scored a run in the top of the second as Aferdita Sinanaj singled and then was brought home on Morgan Hans' following RBI double. Post hit a solo home run in the bottom of the third, and in the top of the fourth, Aferdita Sinanaj doubled and moved to third on Morgan Hans' single, then scored as Nicole Wisser reached base on a fielder's choice. Nyack answered in the bottom of the sixth with Gabrielle Placencia getting on base with a walk and then advancing to third on the next two plays, as Katalina Padilla also got on base with a single.
