NYACK, N.Y. – (Jan. 15, 2013) The women's basketball team was defeated in CACC action this evening by Felician College with a score of 64-57
The Warriors would trail 23-14 with 5:15 minutes remaining in the first half and managed to close the Lady Falcon lead, trailing by 2 points going into the break.
The second period began a tied contest but Nyack would be unable to fully recover from the deficit, as the finasl score would show a Warrior loss of 7 points.
Ashley Tallman would lead Nyack in points with 16 and 7 rebounds. Jamie McKeither would trail putting up 15 points and snatching 11 reblounds while Khamari Tellis, also scoring double digits, would notched 13 points and a team high of 13 rebounds in the losing effort.
Women's basketball returns to action on Wednesday, January 23rd when they travel to take on Caldwell College at 6pm in New Jersey.
