WILMINGTON, DE - The Nyack College women's basketball team traveled to the WU Athletics Complex and defeated Wilmington University by a final score of 82-75 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action.

What Happened
Warrior Ravin Makins (Laurel, MD) led all scorers with her back-to-back double-double on the week as the junior registered 21 points, fourteen rebounds, four assists, and three steals in the winning effort that helped snap Nyack's thirteen game loosing streak. 

Alyssa Gatti (Brooklyn, NY) would tally 17 points for Nyack while tying four assists with Makins. Jamie McKeither (Laurel, MD) registered 15 points and nine rebounds on the night while teammate Mariana Joyner-Vila (Baltimore, MD) came off the bench to contribute with a season high-of 11 points.

For the Wildcats Zameria Jones led her team with 16 points on shooting 8-of-16 from the field while dishing four assists. Teammate Lindsay Bradford snatched a team-best eight boards for Wilmington. 

The teams each made 28 field goals in the game and the Warriors went 7-of-21 from beyond the three-point arc, with all seven makes coming in the first half. The Wildcats shot 46.7 percent from the field while the Warriors shot 41.2 percent. Nyack went 19-of-30 from the foul line while the Wildcats went 16-of-28.
