NYACK, NY - Nyack women's basketball served as host to No. 2 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) South Division opponents from Philadelphia University.

Raven Makins (Laurel, MD) led Nyack with 14 points and nine rebounds, but in the end the Warriors were unable to come away with the victory as the team would suffer a 69-56 setback at home.

Warrior Alyssa Gatti (Brooklyn, NY) chipped in with 11 points while Tori Trador (Seminole, FL) and Jessica Logemann (Seminole, FL) each recorded three assists apiece.

Four Rams scored in double figures with Monica Schacker leading all scorers with 24 points on shooting 7-of-13 from the field and 3-of-7 from long range while converting 7-for-8 at the free throw line. Tori Arnao registered a double-double with 14 points and seventeen rebounds.

By the end of the first half, the Rams had a seven point advantage (35-28) and in the second half Philly would outscore Nyack 34-28 to take home the win by a final score of 69-56.

Philadelphia outshot Nyack 43.1-percent (22-of-51) to 31.7-percent (20-fo-63 and out rebounded the Warriors by a margin of 47-32. Nyack would dish more team assists in the losing effort (13-7) and the Warrior (14) bench outscored the Ram bench (0).
