Inside The Game:
The first half of the game was led by the Chargers. Within the first five minutes of play, the Chargers won draw control and scored their first point of the game (1-0). Dominican held onto possession and maneuvered the field well, which allowed them to score 5 consecutive goals by the 13:10 mark to reflect a score of 6-0. Captain Lauren Lebo of the Lady Warriors managed to net a free position shot placing Nyack on the board 6-1.

The Chargers quickly answered back by also making a free position shot (7-1). With less than ten minutes left in the game, Nyack took four shot attempts, and Lebo would fire in another goal bringing the Warriors to 7-2. In the last five minutes of the game, the Chargers would make 6 more goals in a row leaving the score at the first half 13-2.

The second half of the game began in running time. Dominican College had possession of the ball winning five out of the seven draw controls within the half. Although the Lady Warriors won the last two draws, it was not enough to close the gap. The Chargers scored seven points within the half ending the game 20-2. The Nyack Warriors worked hard to regain possession of the ball, but the effort was not enough.
