PHILIPPI, W VA - Midfielders Lauren Lebo (West Simsbury, CT) and Karly Walborn (Nyack, NY) each tallied 6 goals apiece as the Nyack College women's lacrosse team scampered past Alderson-Broaddus University, 22-7, in an away contest played at the Battler Stadium in West Virginia. 

The back-to-back win improves Nyack's record to 2-2 overall while Alderson-Broaddus drops to 1-3 on the season.

How It Happened:
The Warriors jumped out early, scoring the first four goals of the game, three of them by Warrior Lebo. Nyack extended the lead with a six goal run capped by a Victoria Silvers (Long Island, NY) goal with 5:33 left in the first. By halftime the score reflected 11-3 with Nyack having the eight point cushion.

Alderson-Broaddus got within 12-5 behind goals by way of two Battlers early in the second half, but the Warriors would close the game with a 10-2 run to secure the win.

As a team, Nyack went perfect with clears (3-3) while Alderson-Broaddus were successsful with only 5-7 of their attempts. The Warriors would scoop more ground balls (25) and outshot their opponents by a margin of 25-17.
