    Playing in a continuous driving rainstorm, the Nyack College women's soccer team put up a valiant fight against the visiting Cougars before falling 2-0 at Mosley Field on Tuesday afternoon. With the field covered in water Warrior goalkeeper Madeline Barbarino managed to recover 13 saves, but Nyack was unable to convert in the nasty conditions.

    The Nyack College women's soccer team got its Senior Day match off on the right foot as the Lady Warriors defeated the Chestnut Hill Griffins at home by a score of 2-1. Both teams came into the match with the same number of wins on the season. The win by Nyack elevates the team to 3-6 in conference play while the Griffins are set back to 2-6 in the league.

    The Warriors would spoil the Bridgeport goalkeeper's bid for her sixth solo shutout of the year when defender Diana Hernandez scored off a free kick with just over 23 minutes to play. Purple Knight Kaitlin Occhipinti (7-2-0 on the season) had one save on the night stopping a Nyack breakaway bid.
