  • 15 Warrior Student-Athletes Named to Fall CACC All-Academic Team

    The CACC has recently announced its All-Academic Team for the 2015 fall athletic season. A total of 215 student-athletes from the 14 conference schools have earned a place on the list.
  • Cruz Receives Invitation to Puerto Rico's Women’s Olympic Pre-National Team

    Nyack Women’s Soccer Team is proud to announce the progression of senior Captain Brittany Cruz’s (Suffren, NY) soccer career. On Tuesday, November 11th, Cruz was extended an invitation to join Puerto Rico’s Olympic Pre-National Team.
  • Warriors Fall 2-0
    October 28, 2015
    Women’s soccer was unable to secure a victory against Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competitor, the Chargers of Dominican College. The Chargers claimed the match with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors. The competition marked the final game of the 2015 campaign for both the Warriors and the Chargers.
  • Vega Named to CACC Weekly Honor Roll
    October 28, 2015
    Senior Krystal Vega (Anaheim Hills, CA) earned 2 goals during the week of competition, one in the Warriors 3-3 tie against Bloomfield and the winning shot in the last five minutes of play against Chestnut Hill. Vega’s goal against Chestnut Hill was the sole goal of the match.
  • Six Save Shutout Leads to Victory

    The Women’s Soccer team garnered their 2nd win of the 2015 campaign against the Griffins of Chestnut Hill College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competition.
  • Warriors Tie the Bears
    October 22, 2015
    After an early goal from the Bears, the Warriors were able to score 3 successive goals in the second half to take the lead. Unfortunately, the Bears would tie the game in the last ten minutes of play, leading to two rounds of overtime before the match would be called a draw at 3-3.
  • Tigers Take the Warriors 3-0
    October 19, 2015
    The Warriors and the Tigers of Holy Family University were finally able to face each other in their Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competition after having to reschedule twice. The Tigers took hold of the match in the first 30 minutes of the game and maintained their position through the remainder of the event.
  • Women’s Soccer Drops 2-0 Against Rams

    Despite a great Warrior effort through the first 45 minutes of play, the Philadelphia University Rams were able to produce 2 goals in the second period of play securing the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference win.
  • Warriors Fall to Purple Knights

    The Women’s Soccer team faced University of Bridgeport in a non-conference home match at OMM Complex Wednesday, October 14th. The Purple Knights of the University of Bridgeport stole the game, winning 6-0 with 27 shots earning 2 saves against the Warriors.
  • Nyack Drops 1-0 to Goldey-Beacom

    After a scoreless 1st period, the Warriors were unable to produce a goal against Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competitor Goldey-Beacom College, leading to a 1-0 loss in a competitive match Monday afternoon.
  • Warriors Break Two Ties Against Wildcats

    After breaking two ties in the first half of the game against Wilmington University, Nyack was unable to continue the score busting trend losing 4-2 at the final buzzer.
  • Women's Soccer Fights to the Finish

    Despite Nyack’s rally on offense in the second period, the Warriors were unable to overcome Central Atlantic Conference opponents, the Eagles of Post University, losing the match with a final score of 4-0. The Warriors demonstrated incredible athleticism and adjusted well to a mid game rearrangement producing five times the amount of shots in the second period.
  • LIU Post Defeats Women's Soccer

    The Warriors persevered through 90 minutes of tough play dominated by LIU Post Thursday, October 1st, losing the match 8-0. Sophomore Rebekah Lawler (Lacey, NJ) recorded Nyack’s sole shot for the match while sophomore Jordan Jansen (Lafayette, NJ) prevented 8 shots from scoring and doubling LIU’s score.
  • Golden Falcons Top the Warriors

    The Nyack College Women's Soccer team faced the Golden Falcons of Felician College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match Tuesday, September 29th. After 90 minutes of play the Falcons would emerge victorious defeating Nyack 6-0.
  • Warriors Fall to GCU Lions

    The Nyack College Women’s Soccer Team faced Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competitors the Georgian Court University Lions in a home match this Saturday, September 26th, afternoon. In a tough 90 minutes of play the Warriors fell to the Lions with a final score of 5-0.
  • Warriors Capture First Season Win Over Clippers

    The Women’s Soccer team captured their first win of the 2015 campaign in a 1-0 decision against the Concordia College Clippers. Not only was the game the first win of the season for the Warriors, but it was also a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match, increasing the Warriors standings in conference play.
  • Women's Soccer Falls in Heart Breaker to #2 in East Region Mercy

    Nyack Women's Soccer travelled to face the Mercy College Mavericks Saturday, September 19, in a non-conference match at 12pm. After a long week of competition within the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference, the Warriors were eager to secure a win.

    Nyack returned to the field after Tuesday?s Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match against Caldwell University to face Queen?s (N.Y.) in a non-conference match. Unfortunately, the Warriors are still looking for their first win of the season after a tough loss to Queens College (N.Y.) this Thursday afternoon.

    The Nyack College Women’s Soccer team returned to their home field today hungry for a win after last Thursday’s draw to NYIT. The Warriors faced the visiting Caldwell University Cougars in a CACC North Conference match at 4pm September 15. Both teams were looking to secure their first win of the season.

    God has gifted me with the talent to play soccer and understand the game. As I look towards the 2015-2016 Women's Soccer season, I am greatly thankful for the support of the Athletics Department and Nyack College for giving me the privilege to lead the program.
