Women's Soccer Upended by Stonehill Skyhawks
Easton, MA - The Nyack Women's Soccer team kicked off their second season game against Stonehill College in Massachusetts today. The Warriors would lose to the Skyhawks 0-5.

The Skyhawks got on the board early in this contest, as Nicole Garfield assisted a pass to Courtney Campo, who in turn fired the first goal at 11:11. Stonehill followed with one more goals in the first half, before adding another two in the secon period to seal the game. 

The Lady Warriors threw in a few substitutions with Alexia Misset (Yucca Valley, CA), Sara Pereya (Santiago, Dominican Republic), and Nadine Cornett (Oceanside, CA) in efforts to switch up the game. However, Senior Defender Jessica Short would attempt Nyacks only shot at 72:28.

Freshmen goalkeeper Greta Enloe (Leavenworth, WA) had 7 saves on the game to stop the Skyhawk's 5 goal attempts. 

Nyack visits Saint Anselm for their next battle on Tuesday, September 5th. Kick off is at 3:00pm.
