  • Nyack Athletics Holds Annual All-Sports Banquet

    The Nyack College Department of Athletics hosted its annual awards celebration on Sunday evening, April 26th at the institution's Boon Campus Center. Individuals from all 11 varsity teams were honored by their respective coaches.
  • Running Warrior Mandelburg Named to the NCAA Division II All-Region Team

    Sara-Caitrin Mandelburg (24th) earned the distinction by finishing among the top 25 individual finishers at one of the eight regional sites across the country. The sophomore was the only finishing individual at the East Region Championship to represent the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC), sealing 24th place from a field 185 to gain Top-25 All-Region recognition.

    After taking home a 2nd place Runner-Up title at the 2014 CACC Championship on November 2nd, three weeks later the Nyack College women's cross country team strung together at a loaded field that featured 185 of the most elite competitors at the 2014 NCAA Division II East Region Championship. The Lady Warriors concluded the long season finishing as a team in twelveth place at the Mine Falls Park course in Nashua, NH.

    On the 5,000m Belmont Plateau Course, competitors were forced to battle through 25mph headwinds as freshman, Ariana Nash (Jackson, NJ) and sophomore, Sara-Caitrin Mandleburg (Quaker Hill, CT), paced the Warrior team to a 2nd-place team finish (69 points).
