Nyack Lacrosse Plays for Suicide Prevention in LAX4LIFE Game

The Nyack College Warriors Lacrosse team played for suicide prevention in the LAX4LIFE game at Univeristy of Bridgeport. The Warriors lost the game 18-7. 

In the first half, Bridgeport put themselves on the scoreboard first with a goal at 29:46. Shaylagh Devlin scored, unassisted, the first goal for the Warriors at 20:13. Melissa Clapsaddle scored the second goal of the game, unassisted, at 11:34. The final score of the first half was 10-2 Bridgeport. 

In the second half of the game, the Warriors started off strong with a goal by Melissa Clapsaddle at 27:17 assisted by Torie Eggers. Julianna Kranes scored 2 goals for her team, one unassisted and one on a free position shot. Clapsaddle also scored the last goal on a free position shot for the Warriors at 28 seconds, ending the game with 7 points for the Warriors 

Key Performances: 

Torie Eggers had 1 assist, 7 ground balls, and 5 draw controls at todays game.
